Hardox® wear plate is a high-performance, abrasion-resistant steel designed to withstand severe wear and demanding operating conditions. Hardox® combines hardness and toughness to help extend service life and reduce maintenance in demanding applications. Backed by 50 years of innovation and product development, the Hardox® wear plate provides a tough, flexible, bendable, and reliable steel, as well as abrasive and some grades with corrosion resistance for conditions needing an extra layer of protection.

Hardox® HiAce
Hardox® HiAce is a specialized wear steel designed for environments requiring abrasion and corrosion resistance. With a nominal hardness of 450 HBW and properties similar to Hardox® 450, Hardox® HiAce provides improved resistance to corrosive wear in acidic and humid conditions while still offering wear resistance. This material is particularly well suited for waste management and recycling equipment as well as being used in pulp and paper, material processing, mining, quarrying, agriculture, and other applications where chemical and moisture conditions occur.Armox® and Ramor®
