Rolling Equipment & Materials
In our state-of-the-art, California facility, we have advanced equipment for plate rolling and structural steel rolling projects. Equipment includes:
- 2 – plate rolls
- 2 – angle rolls
- 1 – pipe roll
Our capacity for steel plate rolling is up to 1 1/8 inch thick rolled 10 foot wide down to a 36 inch diameter. Our structural steel rolling also includes angles, channels, flat bars on edge, wide flange beam, and pipes. The material grade determines the rolled capacity of the finished product.
Hansen Steel keeps many different types of steel and other metals on hand in our facility in order to keep our costs low and lead times short. We will also roll material provided by our customers. We roll mild steel, high strength, aluminum, and stainless steel.
